William Lepre — Founder, I Got You Media

William Lepre, founder of I Got You Media.

William Lepre, known creatively as Will Urbane, is a filmmaker, media strategist, storyteller, and music creator who has worked across film, music, live events, advertising, and digital media since 2009.

His career has taken him inside Wu-Tang Clan's historic 36 Chambers compound and recording studio and behind the music of Richie Rich's New York Fashion Week runway presentation with Care Bears, where he DJed and created the show's original anthem.

He has helped artists secure distribution through EMPIRE, produced independent Woodstock events drawing thousands of attendees, and held a range of creative and business roles throughout the entertainment industry. He also appeared on Access Hollywood following Planet Hollywood's grand reopening in New York City. His work across music and digital content has generated millions of combined listens and views.

In November 2023, William launched Will Urbane Vlogs, exploring Hudson Valley businesses, artists, events, and community stories. The channel grew to nearly 50,000 subscribers. Extensive experimentation with subjects, formats, pacing, and narrative gave him practical insight into what earns attention, holds interest, and moves people to respond.

William then felt called to a deeper purpose: founding the I Got You Project. Having been left in a bar as an infant and subsequently adopted, the mission is deeply personal. He wanted to help young people navigating the transition into adulthood find support, direction, and opportunities to build their futures.

The I Got You Project is being built to support young adults ages 18–24 aging out of foster care, helping bridge the gap between the system and adulthood. Every participant begins with the 12 Keys to Leveling Up, a foundation of structure, support, character development, community, and purpose. From there, pathways open into faith, creativity, service, and leadership. Its guiding belief is simple: 'No one needs to grow up alone.'

William developed I Got You Media alongside that mission as a separate for-profit business, serving clients while helping build financial support for the Project. He also plans to bring his experience into the Project's creative and media education pathway, helping participants discover their abilities and develop practical skills in storytelling, film, music, and digital media.

A campaign he created for the Project ranked in Meta's top 5% worldwide for content performance and top 1% for pay-per-click performance. Those documented results, together with years of production and audience development, helped shape I Got You Media's approach: uncover the story, give people a reason to care, and create a clear path toward action.

Today, William works directly with businesses, organizations, founders, and leaders to find the emotional center of what they have built and connect it to a practical marketing objective. Through films, campaigns, websites, music, and messaging, he helps clients communicate who they are, why their work matters, and what their audience can do next.

Every engagement is led personally by William, bringing story, strategy, production, music, and audience understanding together around one goal: turning your story into trust—and trust into action.
